How do I care for my jewelry?

Due to the nature of the polymer clay, it's best to store in a dry, dark place to preserve the colors and durability.

Polymer clay is water resistant, but not submersible. Do not swim with jewelry.

To erase stains, use nail polish remover, or rubbing alcohol, and a white cloth.

DO NOT use rubbing alcohol on pieces sealed in varnish.

How do I care for items that have varnish on it?

All hand-painted pieces are protected by a water-based varnish. This seal protects the acrylic paint from rubbing off.

When cleaning varnished pieces, do not use alcohol or you will rub off the seal. Instead, use soap and water.

How do I care for my tote bag?

All tote bags are hand-pressed using Speedball Fabric Ink. This ink is water-based. The bag's material is heavy duty canvas.

Machine washable. Tumble dry low.

For a long-lasting tote, turn inside out before washing. Use cold water. Hang-dry to prevent shrinkage. Flat iron as needed.

How do I clean my stickers?

If your stickers get dirty, the best method to remove stains is by washing it with soap and water.

If the stickers are on electronics (or items that can't be washed), you can use alcohol wipes or screen cleaner to remove stains.

While vinyl stickers are durable and water resistant, over time stickers may lose their stickiness or become faded under prolonged sun exposure.

How do I clean sticker residue off my item?

The best source to remove sticker residue is by washing the item with soap and water.

You can also use clear packing tape to remove reside by rubbing it over the affected area.

A third option is soaking the area with vegetable oil. Use a cotton ball to soak the residue for a few hours, then remove with soap and water or a wet towel.

Do you offer free local pick-up?

At this time, we do not offer free local pick-up. But if you're on a time crunch and live in the Lawrence area, message us at least a day in advance and we'll work with you.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat rate of $4.50 will be applied.

When will my package ship?

Please give us 3-5 days to prepare your order before shipping.

Once shipped, all orders will come through USPS in a Kraft Bubble Mailer or box that are both eco-friendly and recyclable.

What if my package is stuck in Pre-Transit?

Don't worry! We have hand-delivered your package to the post office.

Unfortunately, sometimes USPS doesn't scan the package correctly or the USPS system isn't recognizing the Tracking Number.

If this is the case, please give it a couple of days to update. Usually, when the package reaches the next Hub, it will scan your parcel and update the tracking information.

Do you accept returns?

We have a no return policy. Due to health and hygiene, we do not accept returns once item(s) have been delivered. All sales are final.

You can always contact us for any return questions and we will work with you!

What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 30 days upon receipt to request a refund of a damaged item. Otherwise, a refund will not be granted.

Refund Process.

We will ask for photographic proof of damaged item(s) before issuing a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, then please reach out to us using the Contact form.

Will I receive a confirmation email about my order?

Yes! You should receive a:

  • Confirmation Email, and
  • Shipment Confirmation
What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
  1. Please check your spam or trash folders. Sometimes emails are routed to one of those folders by mistake.
  2. If you still can't find your confirmation email, please message us by filling out the Contact form and we'll send you a copy.
Will I receive a Tracking Number for my order?

Yes! A free Tracking Number is included with all orders being shipped. Once we’ve finished preparing your order, you'll receive an email with a Tracking Number.

We are part of the Shop program. If you're signed up for Shop, you can track your order step-by-step by using their mobile app.

Alternatively, you can track your package by visiting USPS Tracking.

Will my order come with a packing slip?

We don’t include a packing slip in the mailer with your purchase. Part of our job as a small business is to leave as few footprints on the world as possible, which means using less paper. You should have received a receipt via email.

If you’d like a packing slip, please message us using the Contact form. We'll be more than happy to print one out and mail it to you.

What services are unavailable at catzilla designs?

At this time, we are unable to do:

  • Custom Orders
  • Personalized Orders
  • Gift Messages
  • Gift Boxes

However, this may change in the future as our small business grows. Follows us on Instagram and Facebook for future updates, sales, and current projects.

How are you diminishing your use on plastic waste?

As a small business, we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. Our first step is by using recyclable mailers and boxes for all our shipping materials.
